“The parties note the positive dynamics of cooperation in the field of energy, in particular, the high level of interaction between the oil and gas companies of the two countries, and will make joint efforts to deepen cooperation between them in the field of geological exploration, oil production in hard-to-recover fields, exchange of experience and training of personnel in oil and gas industry, as well as on the issue of oil supplies to Uzbekistan,” the declaration says.

As previously noted in the Kremlin, if Russian oil does not go to Europe, then it will go in alternative directions to those countries that operate on market conditions.

Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov said that Russia is exploring the possibility of cooperating with companies from friendly countries to insure oil supplies.
