The General Court of the EU (TGUE) confirms the historic fine against Google for imposing restrictions on manufacturers of devices that use the Android operating system, which would have favored the dominant position of the American technology company.
Of course, this body has reduced the amount to 4,125 million euros from the 4,300 million imposed by the European Commission in 2018, after partially estimating the company's resource.
