The Housing Finance Corporation announced that the number of visitors to the site recorded about 347,000 within 20 days of initiating the advance notice of the safe conversion loan.



The Safe Conversion Loan is a product that converts variable and mixed interest rate mortgage loans received from the first and second financial institutions into long-term, fixed-rate policy mortgages of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation.



The loan interest rate is applied from 3.8% to 4% per annum, and 3.7% to 3.9% per annum for low-income youth.
