“More than a trillion rubles in 2022, banks were able to issue only in February 2022 - then the volume of loans issued amounted to 1.095 trillion rubles,” the company said in a statement.
At the same time, the largest contribution to the issuance was made by cash loans.
In August 2022, banks issued 539 billion rubles of such loans to Russians, the company reports.
Vitaly Mutko, CEO of DOM.RF, expressed the opinion at the Eastern Economic Forum that the volume of mortgages in 2022 will be at the level of the “pre-Covid” 2019.
