The Ministry of Finance announced on the 29th that, taking into account the trend of the market price of agricultural materials and the situation of agricultural production, the central government issued a fund of 10 billion yuan to once again issue a one-time agricultural subsidy to the actual grain farmers. The impact of increased expenditure on grain production has further mobilized farmers' enthusiasm for grain production.

So far, in 2022, the central government has issued a total of 40 billion yuan of subsidy funds in three batches.

The target of this subsidy is still the actual grain growers who actually bear the cost of increasing the price of agricultural materials, including farmers who use their own contracted land to grow grain, large households who transfer land to grow grain, family farms, farmers' cooperatives, agricultural enterprises and other new agricultural business entities , as well as individuals and organizations that provide socialized services for the whole process of grain farming and harvesting, to ensure that subsidy funds are put into the hands of producers who actually grow grains.

The Ministry of Finance requires all localities to comprehensively determine the subsidy standards in light of the relevant circumstances, make full use of modern information technology means, continue to adopt methods such as "one card (discount) pass", and release the subsidy funds in full and in place in a timely manner.
