Consumer price inflation rose by 6% for the second month in a row.
The National Statistical Office said the consumer price index rose 6.3% in July.
Compared to the same month last year, the inflation was driven by industrial products and services, livestock and fishery products, electricity, gas and water.
The National Statistical Office said the inflation rate was the highest in 23 years and 8 months.
