Panasonic Holdings has announced that it would like to start a service in Japan by the end of the year, following the United States, regarding the business to support parents working through smartphone apps started by former Google executive Yoko Matsuoka.

This was revealed by Mr. Yuki Kusumi, President of Panasonic Holdings, and Mr. Matsuoka, Vice President of Google and currently an executive officer of the company, in response to an interview.

This business, which is developed by Mr. Matsuoka's subsidiary "Yohana" in the United States, allows a dedicated assistant to take over shopping and travel planning when you request a request at home through the app. We have started the service in Seattle, USA since May.

As a result of investigating user satisfaction in the United States, Panasonic Holdings has decided to expand this business in Japan and hopes to start the service by the end of the year.

In the future, the specific content of the service, such as the target area and charges, will be clarified.

Mr. Matsuoka stated his enthusiasm, "I know the daily hardships of my family, so I would like to contribute to the happiness of my family through the service."

In addition, President Kusumi said, "As society changes, so do the challenges. We want to increase the demand for this service while responding to the needs of busy and timeless customers."
