Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department registered more than 1.3 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 455 pledges of allegiance worth 1.02 billion dirhams, of which 46 pledges of allegiance to land worth 254.62 million dirhams, and 409 sales of apartments and villas worth 769.75 million dirhams.

The most important land sales of 71 million dirhams in the “Al Barsha First” area, followed by a pledge of 37 million dirhams in the “Island 2” area, then a pledge of 22 million dirhams in the “Al Barsha South Third” area.

"Al Habibiya Fifth" topped the regions in terms of the number of allegiances, after it recorded 27 pledges of 54 million dirhams, followed by "Jebel Ali First" area with five pledges of 13 million dirhams, and a third in "Al Habibiya Third" with three pledges of seven million dirhams.

A pledge of 25 million dirhams came in the “Palm Jumeirah” area, as it was the most important sale of apartments and villas, followed by a pledge of 22 million dirhams in the “Palm Jumeirah” area, then a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the “Second Jumeirah” area.

"Business Bay" topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 69 pledged allegiances worth 98 million dirhams, followed by "Warsan First" area with 65 pledges of 20 million dirhams, followed by "Burj Khalifa" area with 23 pledges worth 55 million dirhams.

In turn, the mortgages recorded a value of 266.45 million dirhams, including 11 mortgages of land, worth 34.73 million dirhams, and 85 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 231.72 million dirhams. dirhams.

As for the donations, 11 donations were recorded, worth 41.34 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the "Al-Bidaa" area with a value of 20 million dirhams, and another in the "Palm Jumeirah" area with eight million dirhams.
