In terms of financial support, the three major airlines of China, East China and South China will each strive to inject 3 billion yuan, 2 billion yuan for Capital Airport Group, and 3.29 billion yuan of central subsidy funds for the first batch of domestic passenger flights.
In terms of tax reduction and exemption, in the first half of the year, the value-added tax credit of civil aviation enterprises will be 12.5 billion yuan; the pre-payment of value-added tax by airline branches in 2022 will be suspended, and it is expected to reduce the capital occupation by about 1.8 billion yuan throughout the year; coordinate the ex-factory price of domestic aviation fuel to make profits in stages , reduce the difference between the purchase and sale of jet fuel, which is expected to reduce the fuel cost of airlines by 3.3 billion yuan throughout the year; coordinate the introduction of measures such as phased deferral of social security payments, reduction and exemption of real estate tax and land use tax.
Sun Wensheng said that various policies have strongly supported civil aviation companies to go through the most difficult stage. The number of flights has rebounded from the bottom in April, and the recovery speed has accelerated in May and June. Since July, the number of single-day flights of civil aviation has continued to maintain more than 10,000 flights.
