Medvedev called the weakening of the euro a consequence of the sanctions

According to him, the United States and Britain "bred the Europeans like thimblemakers."

He noted that the sanctions do not work and are harmful to the Europeans themselves.

Medvedev drew attention to the fact that against the backdrop of sanctions, the euro is weakening.

Before that, against the backdrop of the situation with the euro and the dollar, Medvedev recommended keeping savings in rubles.

On the morning of July 12, the euro and dollar exchange rates were equal on the Moscow Exchange.

As of 10:25, the dollar and euro exchange rates were 59.1 rubles.
