Emirates Airlines and Air Canada announced yesterday their intention to conclude a strategic partnership agreement that will provide more options for travelers across the network of destinations affiliated with each of the two airlines, while at the same time contributing to improving their travel experience.

Under this agreement, Emirates Airlines and Air Canada will launch a codeshare partnership between them later this year.

This partnership will allow Air Canada passengers to enjoy excellent options to travel to the UAE and many other destinations through Dubai. Emirates passengers will also have an excellent travel experience when traveling to Toronto and many of the major destinations within the network of destinations affiliated with Air Canada.

This partnership will also allow travelers to easily book connected flights to various destinations within the two carrier networks, using a single ticket, and by continuing flights seamlessly through the global operations center of each of the two carriers, in addition to benefiting from the efficient and smooth transportation of baggage to the final destinations of travelers.
