China News Service, April 15. According to the website of the Ministry of Finance, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council issued an announcement on the seventh exclusion and extension list of goods subject to tariffs on the United States and Canada.
From April 17, 2022 to November 30, 2022, the goods listed in the annex will continue to be exempted from the tariffs I have imposed to counter the US Section 301 measures.

According to the "Announcement of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on the Fifth Exclusion and Extension List of Tariffs on the U.S. and Canada" (Tax Commission Announcement [2021] No. 7), the fifth exclusion and extension list for the U.S. and Canada tariffs will be released in April 2022. Expires on the 16th.
The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decides in accordance with procedures to extend the exclusion period for relevant commodities.
