During the National Two Sessions in 2022, Zhang Bo, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of Wuchan Zhongda Group Co., Ltd., put forward a foreign trade policy proposal to better support the supply chain of bulk commodities in the context of "dual circulation" and "dual carbon", with three specific points. Recommendations: First, build a commodity resource allocation base with high standards; second, support and strengthen international commodity trade; third, further open up the domestic and international credit system of Chinese banks.
