It pointed out that it is necessary to guide Internet platform companies such as takeaways to further reduce the service fee standards for catering industry merchants.

  In terms of relief and support measures for the catering industry, the "Several Policies" propose that places where conditions permit are encouraged to conduct regular nucleic acid testing of employees for catering enterprises free of charge, and subsidies will be given to enterprises for epidemic prevention and disinfection expenditures.

In principle, in 2022, employees of catering enterprises should be given subsidy support of not less than 50% of their regular nucleic acid tests.

  In addition, the document also proposes to guide Internet platform companies such as takeaways to further reduce the service fee standards for catering business merchants and reduce the operating costs of relevant catering companies.

Internet platform companies shall be guided to give preferential service fees to catering companies in county-level administrative regions where high-risk areas in the epidemic are located.

Catering enterprises are encouraged to provide meal assistance services for the elderly, and local governments shall provide appropriate support for the elderly meal assistance services according to local conditions.

Catering enterprises shall not be compelled to give supporting preferential measures.

  In terms of rescue and support measures for the retail industry, the "Several Policies" pointed out that localities with conditions are encouraged to conduct regular nucleic acid testing of employees for retail enterprises free of charge, and subsidies are provided for enterprises' expenditure on epidemic prevention and disinfection.

In principle, in 2022, retail employees should be given subsidy support of not less than 50% of their regular nucleic acid tests.
