1.6 billion dirhams of Dubai real estate transactions

Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than 1.6 billion dirhams. Yesterday, the department witnessed the registration of 340 pledges of allegiance, worth 836.66 million dirhams, including 76 pledges of land, worth 345.38 million dirhams, and 264 sales of apartments and villas, with a value of 491.28 million dirhams.

The most important land sales of 30 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 20 million dirhams in the same area, followed by a pledge of 19 million dirhams in the Merkadh area.

Jebel Ali First region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 33 pledges worth 132 million dirhams, followed by Al-Habiya Fifth area with 21 pledges of 49 million dirhams, followed by Al Yafra 2 with 6 pledges worth 6 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 25 million dirhams in the Wadi Al-Safa 3 area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 13 million dirhams in the third Umm Suqeim area, followed by a pledge of 10 million dirhams in the first Muaisem area.

Al-Markadh region topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, with 34 pledges of 50 million dirhams, followed by Business Bay with 25 pledges of 28 million dirhams, followed by Al-Barsha South Fourth with 24 pledges of 16 million dirhams.

Mortgages amounted to 663.37 million dirhams, including 15 mortgages of land, valued at 158.89 million dirhams, and 78 mortgages for villas and apartments, with a value of 504.48 million dirhams.

As for donations, 47 donations worth 136.25 million dirhams were recorded.
