This batch of directories involves 48 registered trademarks of 37 companies, involving domestic and foreign companies, and is well-known and has a greater risk of being infringed.

The Shanghai Intellectual Property Department strengthened supervision and inspection of the infringement of the exclusive rights of registered trademarks in the protected list, and carried out special trademark protection enforcement actions in a timely manner.

At present, relevant departments have successively organized and carried out the "Iron Fist" and "Net Sword" operations of intellectual property rights, and carried out special crackdowns on infringements of the exclusive rights of multiple registered trademarks.

It is reported that key trademarks refer to registered trademarks that enjoy a high reputation in Shanghai, have a large market influence, are prone to infringement and counterfeiting, and need to be strengthened for protection.

So far, 15 parks including Shanghai Caohejing Emerging Technology Development Zone have been identified as the project undertakers of functional parks in each district of Shanghai's intellectual property operation and service cluster.
