If you employ a housekeeper or a home gardener, the rules will change from January 1, 2022. It will now be possible to deduct tax credits in real time and for that, nothing very complicated, it will suffice that employers and employees alike activate their Cesu + account.

Today, when you declare a cleaning lady or a home tutoring course, you pay all the salaries and charges every month, and then the tax administration reimburses you twice a year for half of the sums spent. .

This 50% deduction will now be able to be done automatically each month.

"It's awesome"

A device already tested by more than 6,000 households in France.

This is the case with Véronique who employs a cleaning lady three hours a week.

"It's just great because in fact, before, I paid 126 euros to my employee per month, plus the contributions of about 200 euros. Today, it costs me 150 euros all inclusive since I have the 'immediate advance of the tax credit,' she says.

"Once it's in place, it rolls around on its own. It's impressive. I don't have to move on for six months, a year."

In terms of procedures, you simply have to activate your Cesu + account.

This implies that your employee creates his own account and enters his bank details.

Please note, the device does not yet work for the employment of a baby-sitter or a home help for the elderly or disabled.

As there are additional aids, the calculation is more complex and will take more time.
