Dubai Chamber amends the weekly work system.. Find out about the new working hours

Dubai Chamber announced today the amendment of the weekly work system at its headquarters and its branches in Dubai, starting from Monday, January 3, 2022, in line with the emirate's direction to keep pace with the vision of the UAE to enhance its position in global competitiveness in the economic and business sectors, and to consolidate its position on the map Economic world.

The Chamber explained in a statement that under the Chamber's new weekly work system, it will provide its services to its members and clients from Monday to Thursday from eight in the morning until five in the evening, and on Friday from eight in the morning until 12 noon, which provides flexibility and ease for customers and members in completing and speed up their transactions.

The Chamber provides a wide range of services that meet the requirements and needs of the business community and the private sector, which include membership, certificates of origin and attestations, in addition to services related to the Chamber's various initiatives such as the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Business Award, the Dubai Chamber CSR Label, and other Chamber initiatives.

The Chamber owns an integrated system of smart and electronic services, amounting to more than 50 electronic and smart services, which cover all the needs and requirements of the business community, and enable investors to complete all their transactions remotely with ease and in accordance with the highest international standards and practices.

The smart services provided by the Chamber include the issuance of certificates of origin and attestations, membership services, studies and research services, business reports, legal services, temporary entry book for goods, the Dubai Chamber CSR label, credit rating, group services and business councils, in addition to the services available to economic and professional bodies.

As for the detailed smart services provided by the Chamber in the membership service, they include the issuance, renewal and modification of membership, and the service of temporary entry of goods, which includes the issuance, modification and issuance of a replacement for the lost and replacement book of temporary admission, and the services of the certificate of origin include the issuance, modification and issuance of an additional copy of the certificate of origin, while legal services include Mediation and legal information.

The studies service includes the issuance of reports, research, studies, letters of recommendation and introduction, and others.

As for licensing and permitting services, they include permitting, licensing, and renewal of business councils and groups. Attestation services include attestation of signature, seals, and a true copy.
