The activities of the 21st edition of Cityscape Global 2021, which lasted for five days, concluded at the Dubai Exhibition Center at the site of “Expo 2020 Dubai”, the day before yesterday, and shed light on the future of the real estate sector, and ways to achieve sustainable real estate growth in Dubai, the region and the world.
Chris Spiller, Director of Cityscape Group at Informa Markets, the organizer of the event, expressed his happiness with the success of Cityscape Global 2021, stressing that the launch of Expo 2020 Dubai was an important catalyst and an effective contributor to real estate growth in the markets, as well as On the success achieved by the UAE in addressing the “Covid-19” pandemic, which has boosted the confidence of international investors.
The events of the event included the organization of the Cityscape Summit, which discussed the most important issues related to the real estate sector at the local and global levels, such as real estate technology and future smart cities, with the participation of a group of experts, engineers and designers, followed by the three-day Cityscape Global exhibition, during which many were launched. Of real estate and investment opportunities for all categories of investors and those interested in the real estate sector, including residents and international visitors, in addition to organizing a number of virtual events and seminars concerned with the sector.
During the exhibition, more than 70 leading real estate developers, architecture and consultancy firms in the world reviewed the latest developments in the various real estate markets, particularly the Middle East, with exceptional opportunities and services.
