When exchanging shares with a holding company, Aomori Bank allocates one share of the holding company to one share, and Michinoku Bank allocates 0.46 shares of the holding company to one share.



In addition, Aomori Bank will appoint 6 of the initial 10 directors of the holding company, and Michinoku Bank will appoint 4 of them.
