Chinanews, August 16th. The National Bureau of Statistics today announced the changes in the sales prices of commercial housing in 70 large and medium-sized cities in July 2021.

The data shows that in July, 51 of the 70 large and medium-sized cities saw a month-on-month increase in the price of newly-built commercial housing, compared with 55 in June.

On a month-on-month basis, Qingdao, Yinchuan and Haikou led the way with a 1.0% increase.

Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen rose 0.8%, 0.4%, 0.2%, and 0.5% respectively.
