“In June, prices for building materials continued to rise: particle board, oriented strand board went up by 19.2%, edged boards - by 15.7%, metal tiles - by 12.3%, euro slate - by 6.8%, roofing material - by 5.7%, red brick - by 4.6%, window glass - by 3.7%, ”the agency reports.
It also follows from the data that the annual inflation in Russia in June accelerated to 6.5%, this is the highest level since August 2016.
Monthly inflation reached 0.69%, a record for June since 2012.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service will inspect the building materials market due to rising prices.
