As noted in Rosstat, the monthly growth of consumer prices by 1% or more was recorded in June in nine constituent entities of Russia.
To the greatest extent - in the Tver region (1.3%) and Sevastopol (1.2%) due to the rise in food prices by 2.5% and 1.9%.
In Moscow, prices for the month increased by 0.7%.
In St. Petersburg - by 0.9% (since the beginning of the year, the increase in prices amounted to 3.9% and 4.7%, respectively), the agency writes.
On June 30, the head of the Bank of Russia Elvira Nabiullina commented on the situation with inflation.
