Apartment rental prices in Gangnam-gu, Seoul turned to decline in 45 weeks.
The Korea Real Estate Agency announced that the weekly apartment rental price in Seoul in the fourth week of March rose by 0.04%, which was less than last week.
As sales accumulate mainly on high-priced apartment charters, the rent in Gangnam-gu and Songpa-gu also declines in 50 weeks, and analysis is showing that the problem of chartering apartments in Seoul is gradually subduing.
