  From the market perspective, from January to November, the offshore outsourcing performed by Chinese companies from the United States, Hong Kong, China, the European Union, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea was 126.37 billion yuan, 96.85 billion yuan, 89.13 billion yuan, 51.66 billion yuan, and 30.86 billion yuan. And 29.33 billion yuan, an increase of 29.4%, 17.6%, 11.1%, 13.9%, 15.7% and 25.8% respectively year-on-year, accounting for 75.3% of China's offshore service outsourcing total.

  From a regional perspective, from January to November, the implementation of offshore service outsourcing in the Yangtze River Delta region was 297.92 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 18.5%, accounting for 52.9% of the country; the implementation of offshore outsourcing in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was 40.44 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 12.5 %; The implementation of offshore service outsourcing undertaken by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area was 77.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 16.4%.

The 31 service outsourcing model cities undertook offshore outsourcing executions of 467.6 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.7%, accounting for 83.1% of the country.

  From the perspective of enterprises, from January to November, the implementation of offshore service outsourcing by private enterprises was 137.72 billion yuan, an increase of 25.1% year-on-year, which was 8.5 percentage points higher than the national average growth rate.

The offshore service outsourcing performed by foreign-invested enterprises was 251.09 billion yuan, an increase of 11.9% year-on-year, accounting for 44.6% of the country's total.

  In terms of employment, as of November 2020, my country’s service outsourcing industry has absorbed 12.578 million employees, of which 8.01 million have a university degree or above, accounting for 63.7%.

From January to November this year, the service outsourcing industry has newly employed 858,000 employees, of which 509,000 have a college degree or above, accounting for 59.3%.
