The notice clarified that in response to the impact of the epidemic, the state has implemented a policy to reduce corporate electricity costs in stages since the beginning of 2020, and Guizhou will continue to implement the current transmission and distribution prices and sales prices in 2020.
The notified transmission and distribution price and the sales price will be implemented from January 1, 2021.
According to the relevant person in charge of the Guizhou Provincial Development and Reform Commission, compared with the current level, the transmission and distribution prices for various users and voltage levels in the second regulatory cycle have been reduced. Among them, the basic electricity price is reduced by 3 yuan according to the maximum demand and the transformer capacity. It is 32 yuan per kilowatt per month and 23 yuan per kilovolt-ampere per month; large industrial 10 kV, 35 kV, 110 kV, 220 kV transmission and distribution kWh prices are reduced by 1.77 cents, 0.89 cents, and 0.3 per kilowatt hour respectively The electricity price of 10 kV, 35 kV and 110 kV transmission and distribution kWh for general industry and commerce is reduced by 8.21 points, 5.56 points and 3.7 points respectively.
