The rent has been slow to show signs of weakness in the face of the coronavirus, but five months after the start of the pandemic, prices are beginning to notice the first effects of the virus. These are still slight effects, but sufficient for decreases to be detected in large cities and for experts to forecast further adjustments starting in the autumn . Of course, they warn that they will not be as big as the tenants could expect and that they will not be given equally in all areas.
