This is evidenced by monitoring data for 15 banks that have signed an agreement with the Ministry of Economic Development.

“To date, the receipt of applications from banks for participation in the 0% financing program continues - the Ministry of Economic Development has already received 36 applications (for a total loan amount of 27 billion rubles),” the ministry said.

Earlier, experts recorded a decrease in the number of issued consumer loans in the first months of 2020 amid restrictions on coronavirus.

Also, the Presidential Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights, Boris Titov, commented on the decision of the head of the Ministry of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov to personally check the situation with the issuance of loans to businesses in the context of the spread of coronavirus.
