The normal order of rural production and life has been speeded up, and the agricultural and rural economy is generally stable.
The grain and oil harvest in summer is growing well, and sowing in spring is progressing smoothly. The wheat area is basically stable this year, and it is currently at the booting stage, which is better than last year and normal years.
The supply of agricultural products is sufficient and prices remain stable. According to the monitoring of 300 price network counties of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs: The average monthly price of three grain markets for rice, wheat and corn in March was RMB 120.77 per 100 kg, which was basically the same as the same period last year. The supply of agricultural and sideline products such as meat eggs, vegetables and fruits has increased, and prices have generally declined. The overall pass rate of routine monitoring of agricultural product quality and safety in the first quarter remained above 97%.
