The company said in a statement that the offer is valid until the end of next June on all auto insurance policies issued to existing or new customers.

Al-Juaidi added that customers can, through the company's digital channels, such as the website or the mobile application, follow a number of easy steps to issue an insurance policy from their homes. They can also communicate with the company and send the required documents via e-mail to obtain an electronic document.
He pointed out that the "Union Insurance" provides claims procedures without contact through its innovative claims management system that enables all parties concerned to communicate via the system, indicating that customers can submit the claim through the company's website and track them as well as the system sends updates to the customer about the status of the vehicle repair.
