The number of people who filed documents for unemployment benefits increased at the president of the unemployment benefits explanation.

[(How long have you worked?) I did a lot of this. (About how many years?) About 10 years.] In the aftermath of the Corona 19, all of the workplaces were closed or suddenly lost their jobs.

[Choi Ok-ju / Hotel worker: Roommaid (cleaning hotel rooms). Don't you use people like us when you have customers? (No guest), so I can't use it.]

The fear of unemployment began with the weakest link among SMEs and subcontractors.

[In-flight food company worker: I was at an airplane meal business. (There are over 300 employees in the subcontractor, but I have arranged all of them without leaving 20 people.)

The unemployment benefit last month was 780 billion won, an increase of 28% from the same period last year, the highest ever.

Even this month, more than 103,000 people have applied for unemployment benefits, soaring more than 30%.

[Kim Jin-yong / Seoul Employment Center Head of Unemployment Benefits Team: (I'm having a hard time finding a place to work), and I think it's hard for that part.]

Even if the unemployment benefits endure the immediate difficulties, I am more concerned about the difficulties of finding a job in the future.

[Shin Seul-gi / Kindergarten worker: I don't know when Corona 19 will disappear, and I think the period of job search is going to be a little far away, so I have a lot of anxiety.]

Workers in special forms, such as contract workers and couriers, are not even eligible for unemployment benefits, so the safety net for them seems critical.
