The National Bank of Ras Al-Khaimah announced yesterday plans to provide support for individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises and companies affected by the economic repercussions resulting from the Corona virus, explaining that for individuals, it will postpone payments for a period of up to three months in relation to car loans and personal loans for working individuals On their own account and those affected by the Corona virus without any fees, it will also give credit card holders the option to postpone card payments for one month without any penalty fees to postpone.
According to a statement issued yesterday, the bank will offer customers the option to convert education and electronic purchases paid by credit cards into an easy payment plan with an interest rate of 0% and without commission for a period of up to 24 months.
The bank stated that it will work with individual customers, small and medium enterprises and large companies, and consider each case separately in order to provide flexible solutions to help them deal with challenges.
The bank indicated that small and medium-sized enterprises facing difficulties due to hedge spending and the decline in economic activities following the outbreak of the Corona virus are encouraged to contact the bank and discuss financial relief options.
