Important note:

Future changes may occur according to government directives in the main markets. Currently, Etihad Airways works closely with regulatory authorities in the UAE and abroad, and continues to monitor the situation closely.

For travelers affected by the cancellation of flights, a number of measures have been taken to recover tickets, or to change flight times until services resume.

Etihad Airways calls upon its guests whose travel has been affected by the travel restrictions imposed as a result of the outbreak of the new Corona Virus (Covid-19), to contact customer service at the company, only, if their travel dates are scheduled within the next 48 hours. Our call centers are experiencing a lot of call pressure which results in more waiting time than expected. One of our priorities is to help guests with imminent travel arrangements.

You can contact the Etihad Call Center from within the United Arab Emirates via the number (+971) 600 555 666, or the local call center of the airline, which you can find through the following link:

As for travelers who booked their flights with a travel agent, they must contact directly with their travel agent to make any adjustments or cancellations.
