Mr. A, a 30-year-old married man six years ago, has yet to arrange my home.

Even if a wife and two earn money at a steeply rising house price, it is not enough to buy a house.

[Mr. A / Marriage 6th year: Even if you lend, interest is almost a million won a month… I don't think it's easy to get a salary and buy a house.]

By the end of this year, the first child will be born, and he will be interested in public rental housing, but soon he will pass the qualification to move into a newlywed hope town called 'within 7 years of marriage'.

Many people pointed out that other classes were alienated from the supply of public housing mainly to newlyweds.

In response, the government decided to revise the Enforcement Regulations of the Public Housing Special Act as early as June, so that even married couples who are 7 years old or older have a child under the age of 6 who is eligible to move into public rental housing for newlyweds.

From 2022, public rental housing, divided into happy housing, permanent rental, and national rental, will be integrated into one.

Anyone who is homeless and has a median income of 130% or less will have the opportunity to move in, and the rent will be set at 35 ~ 80% of the market price depending on the income level.

The median income of 130% or less is based on three-person households with monthly income of less than 503 million won, and single-person households of less than 2.22 million won.

We plan to increase long-term public rental housing to 2.4 million over the next five years.
