The changes suggest an increase in spending in 2020 by 162.7 billion rubles, in 2021 - by 556.9 billion rubles, in 2022 - by 677.6 billion rubles.

It is planned to direct additional funds to monthly child benefits, a maternity capital program, the organization of free hot meals in primary school, and primary health care.

So, almost 599 billion rubles will be allocated for the expansion of the capital capital program.
