Free consultation with doctor by chat Newly set up counter New virus March 12 5:58

As the spread of the new coronavirus spreads, the government has set up a new point of contact for doctors who are worried about their health status via Internet chat for free.

This free consultation is part of the government's second emergency response plan decided on the 10th, and will be provided through services called "first call" and "LINE Healthcare" provided by IT companies.

The consultation is exchanged in the form of a chat, and after inputting the contents of the consultation and sending it, the doctor will reply and receive advice.

Chat consultations are available 24 hours a day and are free for the rest of the month.

Extensive health counseling is available, not just for the new coronavirus, but no prescription is available.

The government wants to respond to about 5,000 consultations a day.
