The interview on March 5 also had an immediate effect. Four supermarkets said on the spot that starting at 00:00 on March 6, they reduced prices on 23 varieties of six categories, including indica rice, flour, cabbage, and radish, and 19 major e-commerce platforms including the city's Yuncaitong responded in succession. According to estimates, the prices of 22 daily necessities have all fallen sharply, with an overall decline of 25.6%.

Recently, the three inspection teams of the Shiyan Municipal Market Supervision Bureau conducted special inspections on the fulfillment of the commitments of the enterprises. According to the data released by the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau on March 8, the average price of 13 kinds of vegetables in Shiyan City on March 7 was lower than the same period last year by 5.75% and eggs were lower by 21.28%.
