(Referred to as the "Notice") to further facilitate the management of foreign exchange risks by foreign institutional investors in the interbank bond market. A few days ago, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange issued a question and answer on the policy of the Notice (in both Chinese and English) in accordance with issues generally concerned by foreign investors and settlement agents in practice.

The policy question and answer mainly focused on the 16 aspects of operations in the "Notice" and explained in detail operational issues such as the scope of foreign exchange risk exposure, changes in foreign exchange hedging channels, account opening, and fund transfer.
