The CEO of Operations at Emirates Airlines, Adel Al-Reda, said that the carrier did (Crisis Management Center) to closely monitor the situation and take decisive action in all areas of our business in a framework to deal with the developments of the virus, pointing out that the company and as a precautionary measure intensified the process of cleaning aircraft.
"If we report any suspected or confirmed cases of infectious diseases on a specific flight, we perform a comprehensive sterilization of the plane, and we urge our customers to adhere to personal hygiene and follow the directions of the World Health Organization and local health authorities," he added.
The company stated that it places the safety and health of its customers and our employees at the top of our list of priorities and we do not tolerate this at all, as we are in continuous communication with international and local health authorities to ensure that they keep abreast and apply the latest guidelines and medical directives.
He stated that our flight schedule and seat capacity have been adjusted to meet the demand for travel across different regions.
