If there was not enough preparation in advance, there should have been some emergency action even when a lot of people started to gather on the day of the disaster.

Even though dozens of CCTVs that can be viewed in real time were installed throughout the alleyway where the accident occurred, the police and administrative authorities were putting their hands on it.

The same goes for inside the alley.

CCTVs are installed all over the alleyway leading to the accident site, so it is possible to monitor in real time how many people are gathering and what is happening.

There are 52 CCTVs in 42 locations, including private CCTVs, in Itaewon area, which the police are collecting and analyzing.

CCTVs that can check the situation in real time are everywhere.
