Bo-seon, who witnessed the accident in Itaewon on Halloween day, because her son wanted to see it.

[Boseon Kim / Citizen who helped rescue: When there were people lying down, I could hardly breathe.

It was already a situation where I had no choice but to do CPR to save my life.]

Kim, who had experience in CPR practice as a police officer belonging to the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, said that he ran to the treatment site immediately after the rescuers asked for help.

Kim remembers that the most disappointing were the wounded, who went to the rescue workers and even ordinary citizens, but did not receive first aid and missed the golden hour.

[Kim Bo-seon / Rescue citizen: There is another person lying next to him, and he just did not receive any CPR or anything like that. ]

At the time of the accident, citizens' voices looking for people who could do CPR constantly erupted at the scene.

[Mr. A/Citizen who helped rescue: Since the voices of citizens asking for help were so loud, we joined in and helped out, and we also asked people passing by at that time…

.]

Citizens who did not know how to perform CPR shouted for help or moved the injured to rescue workers.

[Mr B/Citizen who helped rescue: I moved a total of 3 people with my friend.

One was conscious.

One was just conscious and had a bad leg injury (supported)]

One by one, the citizens all helped out in a desperate situation.

[Boseon Kim/Citizen who helped rescue: I can do it, I can't, but in a person lying unconditionally, I did (first aid) first and then I saw it.]
