According to the reform plan, instead of abolishing the current Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, the functions of youth and family, gender equality and rights promotion will be transferred to the newly established 'Population and Family Gender Equality Headquarters' under the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the function of 'employment of women' will be transferred to the Ministry of Employment and Labor. .
To strengthen the status of the national veterans system, we plan to upgrade the current Ministry of Veterans Affairs, which is at the deputy minister level, to the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and Veterans Affairs at the ministerial level to reinforce the organization and functions for implementing related policies.

If the new government organization law is passed by the National Assembly, the current government organization consisting of 18 departments, 4 departments, 18 offices, and 6 committees will be changed to 18 departments, 3 departments, 19 offices, and 6 committees.
