A story of suffering from upstairs residents throwing food waste and human excrement at apartments has been released and is causing outrage.

On the 25th, an article titled 'How do I throw feces through an apartment window?' was posted in an online community.

Author A, who said that he had lived on the first floor of an apartment for a little over a year, said, "Many months after I moved in, a lot of toilet paper and various kinds of garbage were thrown out in the flower bed. I didn't care because I thought I might have thrown it all away."

However, after a while, Mr. A said that he had seen garbage falling from the upper floor several times.

Mr. A ran out every time and looked up the window upstairs, but he could not find out who threw the trash.

In the meantime, Mr. A discovered that food waste had been dumped on the outdoor unit of the air conditioner earlier this year.

A serious stench caused Mr. A to stick his head out of his window to clean the water.

At that time, another food waste fell on Mr. A's head, and Mr. A was covered with the food waste.

Eventually, A reported to the police.

He said, "I started throwing away the poop a few days before I was assigned to be a detective," he said. "At first, I thought it was dog poop, but those who have raised puppies will be able to tell it's not dog poop. I threw it away. It definitely smells like feces."

He continued, "There were times when the windows on the other floor had feces on the windows and the management office called them to close the windows," he said.

Person A said, "I came out to clean up the feces every time in the management room and put a warning sign on it, but to no avail." He burst out in anger.

Finally, Mr. A asked for advice, "The management office only posted a notice saying that the CCTV is going to be installed, and has not installed it for several months.

Netizens who heard the story responded, "Things are really out of common sense", "I think it would be better to install CCTV in the sky to catch the culprit," "Isn't he a mentally problematic person?"
