A warrant for the former mayor of Busan, who is accused of forced harassment, will be held tomorrow (18th).

The arrest warrant was dismissed once in June, and this time the prosecution again requested a warrant.

Whether there are any additional criminal charges confirmed in the prosecution investigation, this is KNN reporter Boram Hwang.

<Reporter> The

prosecution has filed a preliminary arrest warrant for the former mayor of Busan.

This is the second time since the warrant filed by the police was dismissed once in June.

[Oh Geo-don/Former Mayor of Busan (Last May): I am particularly sorry for the victims.] The

prosecution added additional charges to the existing forced harassment, but the possibility of another sexual harassment is weighing in.

The police also investigated the Mayor's additional sex crime charges earlier, but the victim was unable to obtain a statement, so it ended in an indefinite state.

It is noted whether the results will be different this time.

On the 14th, I summoned the mayor and requested a pre-warrant the next day.

Whether something was confirmed in the investigation process and how much the court will admit it will determine whether or not to be arrested.

It is also reported that innocent charges have been added, and Oh, I saw that the mayor was accused of defaming the YouTube hosts who raised his allegations of sexual harassment in the past.

On the other hand, it was confirmed that the allegations of violation of the Public Official Election Act, which stated that the Mayor Oh had adjusted the timing of resignation ahead of the 21st general election, were not applied.

With analysis saying that the prosecution reclaimed the dismissed warrant because he was confident in proving the allegations, the warrant substantive examination will be held tomorrow morning to determine whether the mayor is arrested.
