Mr. Yoon's lawyer said he had submitted an application for suspension of the disciplinary action and a main bill for the cancellation of the disciplinary action to the Seoul Administrative Court.
It is known that the previous claims and evidence are included in the application form and in the complaint, and supplemented content such as newly added evidence and data was added at the time of witness interrogation on the 15th.
The defendant in the complaint is Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae, and the object of dispute with President Yoon is the two-month suspension of President Moon's admission.
