SNS accounts that adults can purchase alcohol and tobacco that minors cannot buy are increasing. There are also concerns that the crackdown is not easy and that it can lead to other crimes.

This is reporter Shin Hye-ji of UBC.

An SNS account that says, "I will purchase alcohol and tobacco on my behalf."

"I can pick up the courier at a convenience store, so I don't have to worry about getting caught," he explains.

It was written by an adult who would only buy errands for teenagers who couldn't legally buy alcohol, but there are plenty of reviews, saying, "I will deal with you again next time."

[Youth: (Have you ever seen a friend who buys alcohol and tobacco through social media?) Yes, most of them will. If you are a minor, I think 90% are like that.]

Reporter contacted this account and tried to place an order.

Since I send the errand plus the money, I send a photo in real time from purchase to delivery to courier.

I received a text message saying that the courier arrived at the convenience store one day after I ordered it. Then I'll go find the courier.

I purchased 6 cans of beer, but in the process, there was no identification process such as requesting a resident registration card.

The bigger problem is that it is not easy to crack down because it is a crime on SNS, and there is a possibility that it can lead to a second crime if friends are accumulated through multiple transactions.

[Choi Mi-hwa/Ulsan Seongmae Maepimae Director:'You have committed a crime like this, and then listen to me from now on.' You can also threaten them.]

Up to 4% of teenagers who answered that they had experience purchasing alcohol and tobacco on their behalf More than that.
