The police applied for a warrant of arrest for the stepfather's violation of the Child Welfare Act and special injury charges.

The stepfather, wearing a gray hat and wearing a white mask, bowed his head repeatedly said, "I'm really sorry."

From 2017 to recently, the stepfather has been accused of being abused close to torture, such as tying his stepdaughter A to his elementary school with a chain or feeding only one meal a day.

The 27-year-old, who is accused of participating in abuse with her stepfather, is being diagnosed at a hospital in Tokyo by complaining of mental distress at an institution that was hospitalized on the 12th.

Miss A was found by residents when he escaped from his home on the 29th of last month and ran down a road in Changnyeong in pajamas.
