Yesterday (12th), an environmental beautician who was working at a recycling screening center in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, was caught in a machine installed in a car and hid. The police are investigating whether the safety rules were properly followed at the time of the accident.

Recycling screening center in Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, there is a collection of recycled garbage inside and an access control line around it.

At about 2 pm yesterday, 56-year-old A of the Environmental Protection Agency, who collected recycled garbage and brought it into the center, was caught in a garbage collection vehicle and died.

While the garbage inside the vehicle was being taken out and cleaned up, the rotating plate installed on the back of the vehicle worked, and the body was stuck.

[Ansan City Hall official: (After an accident) I was hoping for safety right around, but I stepped on it. I stopped making the machine stop, but I hurt my head. It was an accident that happened suddenly.]

At the time of the accident, it was found that three people were working on the vehicle together with Mr. A and other environmental beacons and drivers.

The accident site was operated by Ansan Urban Corporation, but Mr. A was known to belong to a service company.

Police call officials to investigate whether the turntable has been activated and whether safety rules have been followed during work.
