Around 5:30 a.m. on the 2nd, an employee of Osawa Onsen in Yuguchi, Hanamaki City reported to the police that the door to the garbage collection area had been broken into.



There were scratches on the door that looked like it had been broken by a bear, so when the police contacted the hunting club and set off firecrackers nearby, a bear jumped out of the garbage dumpster and into the mountains. That means he ran away.
