Borussia Dortmund has apparently drawn the 20 million clause and committed the Belgian international Axel Witsel of Tianjin Quanjian. This reports the "Bild" newspaper.

Chelsea new coach Maurizio Sarri is said to have targeted Aaron Ramsey of Arsenal.
